There is no user provided information.

The application tracks how many games were started, how many games were won, and keeps track of the shortest and fastest game played. This information is only saved on the device of the user and never sent over the internet. Within the data, there is no link to device or other user information.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. Information is kept strictly on the device of the user and not shared with anyone.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can delete the locally stored information and stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information stored locally on your mobile device.

Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. In order to ensure an optimal security, you should regularly install any Application’s updates available from the mobile application marketplace. We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available and to enable automatic updates.
